Appointment Fixing


  • We are pleased to share that follow up Tele- counseling with the concerned consultant has been enabled for our existing patients in view of the COVID-19 Lockdown.
  • Kindly note that this remote, interactive facility is not meant for fresh diagnosis/treatment but to clarify your doubts with the consultant who has already examined you and take advice from him/her.
  • Choose the date in which you wish to have the Tele- counseling appointment with your consultant.
  • This facility is available only for patients who have already had a direct consultation and have been assigned a Medical Record Number (MRD No.)
  • In case you are unable to locate your MRD number, Please contact the appointment section +91-44-42271500 (8am – 6pm) to fix your Tele- counseling appointment.
  • Patients can reschedule/ Postpone the appointment once before the day of Tele counselling without any charge.
  • Tele counseling sessions can be cancelled by the patient anytime before 48 hours of the start of the tele counselling session.
  • Fees will be refunded after deducting applicable charges within 2 weeks from the date of cancellation.
  • In all other cases no refund will be permitted for cancellation or no shows.

  • Video calls will be done through Google meet app, you need to download the same from Android app, or Apple App store if you are using the mobile, or use Chrome browser in case you are using the PC/laptop.
  • Video calls are not meant for virtual examinations as your doctor may not be able to examine your eyes; it only helps to give your better experience during the teleconsultation.
