Appointment Fixing (Inperson Consultation)

 

 
  • Please confirm whether you are an existing patient of Sankara Nethralaya.
  • Select your preferred doctor and appointment date.
  • Visit only the hospital branch where you have been scheduled for an appointment.
  • Avoid booking multiple appointments.
  • Please arrive at the designated time. If you are more than one hour late,your appointment will be cancelled. However, another appointment may be provided if there are cancellations on the same day.
  • Total Consultation time is approximately 2 to 3 hours.
  • If you are an existing patient and cannot provide your MRD number,please contact the appointment section at +91-44-42271500 (8 AM – 6PM) to schedule your appointment.
  • Patients can cancel appointments at any time before appointment date, by using Patient Portal Link.
  • If cancelled, Consultation fee will be refunded after deducting applicable charges within 2 weeks from the date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation Charges : Rs.300 for New Patient and Rs.150 for Existing Patient.
  • In all other cases or no-shows, no refund will be provided.
  • Indian (Old patients) may send queries & appointment requests (with MRD Number) to reviews@snmail.org.
  • Indian (New patients) may send queries & appointment requests to appointments@snmail.org.
  • ALL Bangladesh Citizens may send queries & appointment requests along with necessary documents to bdpatients@snmail.org. Old patients must include MRD Number.
  • Other Foreign Citizens may send queries & appointment requests to ips@snmail.org.
